New Year´s Cleanse online - The Work with Heike
If you would love to do a mental Cleanse online since you can´t go to Ojaj,
I have an invitation for you:
30.12. 2024 - 01.01. 2025
Time daily:
5pm - 8 pm CET (Berlin)/ PST: 8 am - 11 am PST (California)/ 4pm-7pm (UK)
We are meeting 3 hours online to do the work on Zoom!
We are starting with a meditation, with a reading or a short video from Katie.
We are sharing our inner world and insights - as we are without the need for any (spiritual) pressure…
You will get a prompt or an excersise to identify stressful beliefs.
We are doing either lists or worksheets and are going to work in popcorns/ breakout-rooms or
do facilitations in the group.
We are going with a curriculum AND we are floating with the moment that occurs during the
time that we are sharing together.
What we need
1. Our Whatsappgroup for exchange and for our pictures of our „Morningwalks“
2. Zoom
3. 30 - 60 minutes of silence daily
4. pen and a collegeblock/diary/worksheets, a candle, enough water and tea
If you are fastening with us - (no one has to do these excersise - they are an invitation).
Provide juice and broth till the evening after our 2nd meeting - 2 days of fastening till 8pm of 31 of December (you will get the „How - To - Do - This“ from me some time before we are starting, so you that you are safe and ready to start)
You will have the opportunity after the sessions to connect with the group after our online sessions…
We will leave the space open for community.
Be open for little surprises in between.
My son Tom Fischer is going to assist me at times and I am grateful for that.
If you are having ideas, questions and suggestions, you are invited to share them with us.
Fee:
We are holding the costs low so that many have the opportunity to join us.
We recommend a fee between 0 - 49 € via Paypal and leave it to your choice and possibility.
